简历

1. 1981 年 12 月毕业于四川医学院药学系，获理学学士；

2. 1991 年 -1995 年在日本名古屋大学医学部药理学研究室学习；

3. 1997 年 6 月取得日本北陆大学药学博士学位；

4.1995 年 -1998 年兼任名古屋大学医学部外国人特别研究员；

5. 1994 年 -1998 年兼任华西医科大学药理教研室副教授；

1997 年 作为高级人才引进回国， 负责创建了迄今国家唯一的“国家中药安全性评价中心。”中心的建设被列入国家重大科技攻关计 划“中药现代化研究及产业化开发”和“国家中药现代化科技产业（四川）基地”的重要组成部分，相继被列入国家“九五”、“十五”期间“创新药物与中药现代化”的重大科技攻关 计 划。 工作成绩得到国家科技部生命技术发展中心、国家药品监督管理局 GLP 认证中心等领导部门认可。

社会职务：

    现任四川大学国家成都中药安全性评价中心主任。 国家药品监督管理局新药审评专家 ， 四川省环境诱变剂学会理事、四川省预防医学会毒理学专业委员会委员。

1. 2003-2006 ：国家自然科学基金重点课题——乌头类有毒中药的安全性研究（子课题负责人），国家自然科学基金重点项目；
