1980～1987 华西医科大学药学院药化专业，获理学学士和硕士学位

1987～1989 留校任教

1989～1990 中科院上海有机所进修一年

1990～1991 留校任讲师

1991～1994 华西医科大学药学院，攻读博士，获理学博士学位

1995～1997 比利时根特大学从事的博士后研究工作

1998～1999 大学药学院副教授

2000～2001 四川大学华西药学院，破格晋升为教授， 并任药物化学教研室主任

2001～至今 博士研究生导师，四川大学华西药学院副院长

社会职务 ：
     中国药学会药物化学专委会委员，《中国药物化学杂志》编委，四川省药物化学专业委员会副主任委员，四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选，四川省卫生厅学术和技术带头人，成都市科学技术顾问团顾问。
