复杂活性天然产物的合成与药物化学研究:聚焦具有重要生理活性的天然产物及其类似物的高效合成,通过化学生物学手段阐明其作用机制,进而开展功能导向的药物设计与抗体偶联药物(ADC)的转化研究。
