研究内容:
针对天然酶难以满足科学与产业需求的挑战性难题,致力于非天然酶功能创制与产业化研究(Bioworks beyond nature)。面向产学研一体化与“十五五”生物制造战略定位,融合人工智能与定向进化策略,开发非天然酶催化及生物合成新方法,从而实现高价值功能分子的绿色生物制造。
累计发表学术论文40余篇,总引用数超过2600次,H指数为20,相关成果被Nature Catalysis, Synfact, Chemistry Views等国际知名期刊与学术媒体亮点报道。入选国家海外高层次人才引进计划,承担“绿色生物制造”“中药现代化”国家重点研发计划子课题等国家级、省部级科研项目4项,申请并获受理专利20余项,其中授权中国发明专利6项,专有技术成果转化1项。产业实践方面,创办四川艾合智兴生物科技有限公司,聚焦非天然酶技术研发与产业转化,赋能传统产业升级,公司获批成都市首批概念验证中心(活性分子生物合成)、国家高新技术企业等平台与资质认定。
