研究方向:手性药物的化学酶法合成
生物酶具有出色的立体化学选择性,可解决传统化学方法中常见的立体选择性难题。化学转化因其灵活多样的反应类型和官能团兼容性,在骨架的构建与后期衍生化方面具有不可替代的优势。我们致力于将两者结合,发展更加高效、环境友好的药物合成新策略,为绿色制药提供解决方案。欢迎对此感兴趣的同学加入我们!
